Made to order items are shipped out within 2 weeks from the day the order is placed.
In stock items are available to ship out within 24 hours. Generally we ship orders on Fridays, however orders can be shipped or picked up the next day- simply add a note when you checkout and we will confirm right away.
Made to order items: Rarely we run into delays beyond our control (fabric shipments delayed, machine breakdowns etc). However we notify you if we have any delays and are happy to refund the order if the new ship date does not work for you.

All garments that have been tried on are steamed before they are put back on the rack.

Yes we can customize our "made to order" collection items in various ways.
There are custom hand dyed color available, and we can adjust the length of sleeves/inseams/skirts easily for you too.
Simply add a note to "notes" section during checkout with your request.
We design our clothes to flatter real women's bodies. Each style does have notes about how they fit to help guide you.
We have also added model and mannequin size info on the images for your reference.
Our sizing is generous and have found our XL can fit up to most companies standard 1x / 2x. If you feel you measure inbetween sizes go with the smaller size.

Every product on our site will list how to care for it. Here are the general rules in case you are wondering.
All of our jersey knit pieces can be washed on a gentle, cold cycle. * Lay flat to dry (or hang- just be careful not to make “shoulder bumps". These items can be put in the dryer on low or no heat, however air drying will reduce pilling and wear/tear on the garment.
*(Take care not to wash with jeans or other potentially sharp, damaging items- I have made this
mistake before and that is what magically causes small holes in your
t-shirts. Mesh bags are great to reduce fabric wear and help prevent ties from tangling.
As for items from the reimagined collection it is best to hand wash these cold and lay flat to dry. Our vintage silk items
are best to dry clean only.
